This month, we focus on using various therapy techniques, self-esteem, confidence, food & mood and getting into a routine that will help you begin to change your life.

Month 3: How To Get The Best From Relationships

RELATIONSHIPS

The third month of this course helps you to figure out the types of relationships, how to communicate.  It also explores why couples fight and how to ease those conflicts. 

Month 4: Best Practices For Communicating

COMMUNICATION

This month helps you to learn about how to listen, what mindfulness is, the language of your body and face, what your emotions are telling you, and more.

Month 5: How To Have Better Conversations

CONVERSATIONS

This month gives you guidance on having better conversations with others.  How to speak, what to say and how to hear what others are saying so you can respond better.

Month 6: How We Procrastinate

PROCRASTINATION

Half way through this course you'll explore procrastination and what it is all about.  It helps you learn to identify how procrastination stops you from doing what you want to do.

Month 7: Finding Your Purpose

FINDING YOUR PURPOSE

In this 7th month, you'll explore what makes you happy, what are you passionate about and what drives you with the talents you have.  It aims to help you take control of your dreams.

Month 8: How To Manage Your Time

TIME MANAGEMENT

This month explores the reasons for the time that disappears all too quickly and how you can take back control of it, to make it more effective for the life you want to live.

Month 9: How To Be More Productive

PRODUCTIVITY

This month teaches you how to streamline your tasks so that you can be more productive.  It shows you ways to make your emails effective and how to complete your tasks 

Month 10: The Best Ways To Declutter

DECLUTTERING

This month teaches you how to declutter physically, mentally and emotionally, including your home and workplace, and easing the anxious sensations to have peace.

Month 11: How To Have A Wealth Mindset

WEALTH MINDSET

This month we explore which books to read, influencers to follow and understanding your personal mindset with regards to your financial situation.

Month 12: How To Have A Success Mindset

SUCCESS MINDSET

This final month explores how to set your priorities, be consistent, and how to track your results so that you get the success you have always dreamed of. 

EVERY MONTH

You get an introduction and a summary for each month. 
You'll be given exercises to reflect on the topics you've explored and the course will be filled with some beautifully inspiring images, positive mindset prompts, conversation starters, tips and quotes.
