P1: Understanding Resilience

NEW LEARNING

This first part provides a look at what resilience is and why it is so important to cultivate it.

This 4-part course takes a look at what resilience is and why it is important in your personal and professional life. It covers the elements such as psychological, emotional, and behavioural factors that influence it. 

P2: Building Resilience

EMBEDDING

Part 2 covers key ways to develop a resilient mindset, manage stress and emotions, and  build self-confidence.

Here, we focus on how to build resilience.  This means learning to deal with stress and manage your emotions, as well as improve your self confidence.  Setting realistic goals is important too. This part also looks at the key differences between a fixed and growth mindset and emotional regulation strategies. 

P3: Enhancing Resilience

IMPROVING

Part 3 helps you learn how to improve problem-solving skills, become more adaptable and flexible, and nurture stronger support networks.

This part takes a closer look at developing effective and real world problem-solving skills, while helping you become more adaptable and flexible when dealing with new challenges, obstacles, and setbacks. It also includes the importance of building strong support networks in your relationships and local community. 

P4: Applying Resilience

EMOTIONS

Explores the role of resilience in personal and professional settings, along with tips to  create personal action plans to increase resilience and use it more effectively throughout your life. 

Part 4 of the course focuses on applying resilience in your professional life and in your personal relationships. It also looks at resolving conflicts and gives information on how to apply resilience-related skills in your life.

LISTS TO INFORM YOU

4 checklists and 4 worksheets will give you a summary of action steps based on each of the instructional reports.
